🎧 New Podcast!

Hi Reader !

It's been a while that I'd been toying with the idea of a podcast and it's finally arrived!

I realized that 60 or 90-second intervals and a few slides on a carousel don't cut it for me, hence my reluctance to express myself on social media.

Instead, my friends noticed that my passion comes off when I get to speak about what sparks me up in terms of motherhood, identity, and relationships; when I have room to 'riff' on a topic.

So then I thought: Why not take these intimate conversations and share them with YOU?

Today we celebrate the birth of The Parenthood & Relationship Podcast!

While the trailer episode has been out for a week (listen here), the first episode aired yesterday 11am EST (listen to it here).

Along with the podcast, I created a Facebook group that aims to serve as an opportunity for us to build a community and truly build a discussion around the topics discussed - topics that I hope will start stemming from your suggestions, too! So, JOIN ME!

If you find value in my mission to help normalize the process of parenthood with its ups and downs and want to support me, hit this link and write me a review; it will help get the word out and I will be more grateful than you know!

On another note, as of this month, I am part of a monthly virtual Parenting Magazine for mothers called "I'm Going to Count to Five."

Here is the article that was released this month directly from my blog, titled: Matrescence: Feel Like You’re Losing Your Identity in Motherhood? - but I encourage you to also sign up for the magazine as it's got really worthwhile content!

Next month's topic will reflect Mental Health Awareness month and will center on normalizing the entire emotional spectrum of motherhood rather than perpetuate the dual view of motherhood either as joyous or pathologically depressed/anxious. I will keep you posted when it's released!

There's just so much more to say, but I think this is goodbye for now!

I will see you soon!

With love,
